Commercial use and ownership
Leonardo's current pricing FAQ says paid subscribers retain ownership and intellectual property rights of generated images and can use them commercially. For free users, Leonardo states that it owns rights to created images while granting a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for commercial use. API and developer use
